With this LED upgrade, building owners make a giant leap to 50,000 hours of lumen output from 8,000 hours (compact fluorescent lamp) or 1,000 hours (incandescent lamp). This luminaire is ETL-listed for wet location, offers optional ceiling or wall mounting, and carries a three-year, 50,000-hour limited warranty. The LED upgrade includes a junction box adapter that works with all junction boxes, a silicone gasket that seals out moisture and dust, a polycarbonate globe that protects the LED lamp and ensures even light distribution, and an LED light engine and heat sink, and two mounting screws. After removing the globe, fixture base and gasket from the junction box, simply attach the silicone gasket, adapter and LED upgrade to the existing junction box.
